In which order I should to write this motion? I would not like to make any mistakes. And my other question is: do I write only the court and the case # or have I also to designate the judge with the address?

Call the lawyers handing the foreclosure and find out the status of the auction. It was probably sold on the 8/31/09 date, since any motion would have had to have been filed prior to the auction.



You should have called a Florida lawyer, not tried to get an answer on Yahoo. It is one thing to be too poor to keep up a mortgage. It is quite another to be dumb enough to expect competent legal advice from this forum.



You may be able to save your belongings if you have a friend in Florida who can get them and put them in storage for you.
