How big of a difference is tru motion 120hz to a 240hz on lcd tvs?

About a year ago I bought a lg scarlet 120hz lcd as120 was the highest hz rate at the time. Now they are making 240+ and am wondering how big of a difference it can be? If its a big difference I might make a swap just wasn't sure. I only use tru motion while watching and it does make a BIG difference when I play video games.
