What can i do about reading glasses giving me motion sickness?

I just got some reading glasses and can't read for more then 5 minutes before I am sooo sick and feel like I do when I have motion sickness.. Would any of the motion sickness remedies help such as acupressure bands..What can i do about reading glasses giving me motion sickness?i know EXACTLY how you feel because i recently got glasses and the same thing happens to me. what you should do (and what im going to do as soon as I can find the time) is go back to your eye doctor and tell him whats happening. maybe you got the wrong prescription or something... hope that will help!!
