How does your motion compare to the motion of a flying bird?

. Imagine a crow is flying due south and you are running on the ground chasing it. How will your motion compare to the crow鈥檚 motion? How does your motion compare to the motion of a flying bird?Probably a lot slower, unless I shoot the bird first.

If the bird is still living and flying, and I start out underneath, then I just run along, falling further and further behind because they are fast.

If the bird is still living and flying, and I start out NOT underneath, then my path will look something like an asymptote, as my running takes me closer and closer to underneath the bird's path.
