How would I make a stop motion film in adobe premier?

I have about 200 photos that I need to make into a stop motion film. I could use luciole on ubuntu but I have to use premier at school so I can get used to using premier (school tv news channel class)

so how would I do it? I know that I must import the photos, but the last time I tried to make them into a stop motion film, it had huge black parts, so what do I do after importing the photos? How would I make a stop motion film in adobe premier?in adobe Premier you'd have to load each photo in as a frame, then change the frame rate. I would advise using adobe Flash instead. You can load each picture into a frame and change the frame rate really easily, then export it as an .mov.
