scroll down the list and click on 'Slow Down, Half' then click 'Add'

Then you'd have to split the video where you want it slowed down or sped up, and right click the split part and go to effects %26amp; select the slow down or speed up effect %26amp; there you go.How do I do slow motion and fast motion on Windows Movie Maker?I haven't used wmm in a very long time, don't know if wmm can even perform the function your are asking. At least I never discovered it.

Here's what I did, save wmm as avi file, use Virtualdbub to slow down the frame rate, which slows down the motion of the video clip, then import back to wmm.
