How can i combine pictures together to make a stop motion?

i have windows pc and about 200 pictures of a stop motion movie on my camera. how can i combine all these pictures into a video?How can i combine pictures together to make a stop motion?Those kinds of video's are mostly.well crafted with a script and storyboard ... then shot using a still camera to get that "stop motion" effect.



I am sure with good editing (sorting) you may be able to come up with a story line that with some development and some new "bridging" images you could do that.How can i combine pictures together to make a stop motion?What you need is a video editing program that will let you insert still images.
