How do you make pictures travel in Apple Motion?

I am trying to make pictures move like on the 3d perspective on apple motion. I would like the pictures to start and then see them go back into space. Any suggestions? How do you make pictures travel in Apple Motion?Apple Motion uses "keyframes" to travel around the 3D space. To begin with, you'll need to click Add Camera at the top of the screen. This converts the plane from 2D to 3D.

Click the beginning frame, or the place where your movement begins (normally frame 1). Select your object you want to move backwards. Double click it, and select the Inspector on the left side of the screen. You'll want to be moving it on a Z axis (X is left and right, Y is up and down, Z is back and forth). Find the parameter that adjusts the Z axis and click the diamond to the right of it. On the drop-down menu, select "Add Keyframe".

Now, click the red button near the bottom of the screen (the Record button) or press "R". Move to the frame where you want the movement to end, and adjust the Z parameter in the Inspector once again. Turn off Record mode (or press "R") and play back your project.

You can use this same technique with any other parameter - opacity, size, movement, shape. Sky's the limit! :D
