Stop motion video question about which camera setting to use?

What I would suggest you do is get a video camera. I dont know if any have a 2-frame feature or if thats what its even called. 2-frames pause, 2-frames pause.....



If you really wanted to forge ahead with this consistency would be hugely important (bad grammar but you get the idea). Use continuous lights and lots of it. When all of the images are ran you will see right away when one little thing is out of whack. I would use manual controls and a studio type setup just to control as many variables as you can.
