The sony website has a downloadable fix, but you have to have the original picture motion browser. They also sell the download for $62.00. I need the download for my camera and don't have the cd. It will help if you have already registered the camera with them.



If you bought the camera used tell them that, they understand that there is a secondary market for their products.

I had already contacted they about this. The answer, as I should be a dummy, was to use the Windows explorer to transfer and delete the pictures/movies from the camera to the harddissk.
