How do I make a stop motion using Bannedstory and mixed faces?

Hey guys,

I really need help with this question.

I want to make a stop-motion animation using MapleStory characters and I want them to move their mouths in sync with eveything else like background audio and etc. Does anyone know how I can do this when I create the characters or when using Sony Vegas Pro 10? Please help!!!
