How do you put a stop motion video on Youtube without using pictures?

I need to know cause i have a video camera that can make stop motion videos and put videos on youtube but not both at the same time. i cant get anything from my camera on Movies Maker. What should i do?How do you put a stop motion video on Youtube without using pictures?Use a normal video camera, but don't take pictures. Record it then pause record again and repeat.
