I am in need of a program where I can draw parts of images, charts and graphs and show them changing over time in a fluid motion rather than jumping from slide to slide. Say, the movements of GDP over time on a single graph - so it starts at a base year and there is an animated line moves along the graph of time.
Could anyone recommend any decent software? What programs are there for creating motion images? For what your trying to do try searching for it on google, sounds like something that a lot of people would need.
Otherwise like the other guy said, Adobe Flash is the best animation program. There are lots of tutorials around for learning animation in Flash. Try flashkit.com and go to: Tutorials, then, Animation.
Hope this helps! What programs are there for creating motion images?Flash is the standard way to go. But don't expect to just install it and stat making things. It will take at least a week of practice before you can even do basic things.
Photoshop might have some options for making animated .gifs
