How do I insert motion data into Miku Miku Dance?

Hi. I just started using Miku Miku Dance and not once in my life have I tried animation! I downloaded motion data for it, but how do I get all that to work?How do I insert motion data into Miku Miku Dance?It's very simple. Go to File thne press on Load Motion Data (M) then browse for the motion data.
