I have just had my second ACL surgery, when you go beyond your comfortable range of motion abrubtly you can cause some trauma within the knee which you are seeing the result of with the swelling. As long as you didnt feel anything pop or snap I think you will be okay. My recommendation is for you to continue doing what you are doing, RICE. Once you are able to start doing some range of motion exercises here are 5 that you may find helpful...http://www.aclsurgeryrecovery.net/23/top鈥?/a>
Good luck with your recovery! What happens when you go past your range of motion?i tore my acl and meniscus during soccer a yr ago and i did the same thing..my knee doctor gave me a normal spandex like brace and just told me to take 2 weeks off of it and then hed look at it again... for now tho id just ice if i were u and take it easy try not to run or play on it and if ur in physical therapy or where then just do what they told u or go back and just ask them...thats wht i did and i was back on the field playing but u should def see ur knee doctor or at least call himWhat happens when you go past your range of motion?
I love a bargain as much as anyone and I used to love all the cheap stuff I could find on eBay, but nowadays it seems so hard to find anything cheap over there and just when we're all finding it tougher to just pay our bills. I don't give up so I was looking for someplace online where I could still find myself a bargain... and by accident I came across this site I never heard of before where you get rock bottom prices from police impounded stuff, I mean I was worried about scams but this stuff is actually real and I got some real cheap stuff there... it's become my new eBay lol!
