You can buy the "Wii Sports Resort" game. It comes with a wii remote motion plus.

In order to make sure that the controller you are buying is "Motion Plus", you should pay attention to the bottom of the controller. "Motion Plus Inside" is written there and generally marked with a circle. Like this:
