How to write a motion to award ownership of a utility trailer?

my boss purchased a utility trailer at an auction. it did not come with a title or a vin# although it is factory built. the tx dmv says we have to have a court order saying that the judge grants us ownership and that he orders the dmv to issue a new vin#. what should this motion look like? where can i find a sample motion relevant to this scenario? please help. How to write a motion to award ownership of a utility trailer? Why not start with a lawyer or the DMV?How to write a motion to award ownership of a utility trailer? It is called a Sheriffs Title, or sometimes called a Lien Title.

Basically you file a lien against the trailer for storage, repairs, etc. and then the Sheriff post the vehicle for sale to the highest bidder. If someone out bids your lien, you get paid off and loose the trailer. If no one offers to pay your lien, you get the trailer along with a Sheriffs Title (court paper work) that you take to the Dept. of Motor Vehicles and get a regular title for it.

Never buy a vehicle or trailer without the previous owner having already cleared the title. If you buy something without a title, there is a 50 - 50 chance you will loose your money and the object you bought.
